My name is Viktor Jóhannes Rolzitto. My nickname is Ibel. You will see it on some photos.
Born in Reykjavik, Iceland. I came to the United States of America at the age of 5. Worked on farms in Ohio from age 5 until age 13. Left home at age 16. Worked my way through high school. Attended Long Beach City College. Graduated as an honor student with AA degree. Moved to Berkeley, California to attend the University of California at Berkeley to study International Business Administration. Received a B.S. degree. After graduation I moved to Moscow, Idaho in 1970 to attend the University of Idaho, Law School. Received a J.D. degree. After graduation and admission to the Idaho State Bar, opened a law practice in Ketchum, Idaho in 1973. In 1974 I served as the Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho. I moved to California in 1983. After passing the California State Bar I opened a law practice in Red Bluff, California in 1985. Later I moved to Paradise, California in 1991 to open a practice there. I maintained the law practice until I retired in 2007. Spent some of my retirement aboard my sailboat in the Caribbean. Sailed from Panama to Rockport, Texas recently, sold the boat and bought a land yacht (Winnebago Vectra RV). Presently, cruising the States in search of photographs.
